Lecture
In this class, we were introduced to the basics of digital photography and how science and art intersect in design. We started learning Photoshop, a vital tool widely used by designers and photographers for image editing and manipulation. The lessons revealed many creative techniques that were new to me, expanding my understanding and increasing my enthusiasm for upcoming sessions.

We also explored why Photoshop is such an indispensable tool—it combines powerful features with an intuitive interface, making it easier to bring creative ideas to life. From designing business cards to restoring old photos or transforming images into cartoon styles, Photoshop provides limitless opportunities for visual creativity.

Description:
This design uses a cutting technique to place a young woman between two elderly people, with a dark black background, depicting the passage of time. I think this picture tells us that the elderly woman we see now was once a very beautiful girl. Everyone will grow old, so we should cherish the time we have now and enjoy our youth. Of course, we should not be overly concerned about our past appearance. Life should never be limited by appearance or age. No matter what age, as long as you enjoy life, you can be very happy. The reason I like it is that different people can have different understandings when looking at this design, but the same thing is that it can all evoke our concepts of the present and the future.

Description
This picture depicts a long period of art. By comparing two paintings from different eras, it shows the growth of the artist during this time. Through the comparison of the two pictures, we can see that their depictions of the subjects are more vivid, more detailed, and the skin is more delicate. The creator, by cutting the two pictures in half and then merging them, has further emphasized the contrast between them. So in the future, art will also develop and become better and better. Of course, the reason why I like it is that from it I can see the innovation and progress of the artists. It also makes me look forward to my own future. With time and continuous learning, we will also progress and improve.

Description
The reason why I like this design drawing is that, at first glance, what I noticed was the chimney and the thick smoke rather than the words. I think the best point made by the designer is that he covered some words with the smoke, making it impossible for us to read those words clearly. By using this technique, he expressed the pollution caused by these emissions and their impact on people, thereby calling on people to protect the environment and reduce the harm to the environment.
