2.1Process

First, I arranged the scenes and animation layers in After Effects and adjusted the timing on the timeline. Then, I added several visual effects to make the animation more interesting and dynamic.

I applied effects such as glow, motion blur, and transitions to improve the overall visual quality. I also adjusted the opacity, scale, and position keyframes to create smoother movement and better scene flow. In some parts, I added lighting and colour effects to enhance the atmosphere and make the animation look more cinematic.

Finally, I previewed the animation and refined the effects, timing, and transitions to make the overall motion smoother and more visually appealing.

Week6

During Week 6, the teacher taught us how to apply different animation effects in After Effects to improve the visual quality of our work. We learned how to use effects and transitions to create smoother and more dynamic motion.

The teacher also reviewed my final project PPT during class. After discussing my work, I realized that my mind map was not arranged correctly because it needed more visual connections and detailed idea development. The feedback helped me better understand how to organize my concepts and present my ideas more clearly for the final project.

4.reflection

This week, I learned more about how visual effects can improve the quality and atmosphere of an animation. By experimenting with different effects in After Effects, I became more confident in adjusting motion, lighting, and transitions to make the animation more engaging.

I also understood the importance of planning and presenting ideas clearly after receiving feedback on my mind map. Although my first version was not fully correct, the discussion with the teacher helped me understand how to organize my ideas better. Overall, I feel that I am improving both my technical skills and creative thinking throughout the project process.
